 A very strong, wonderful woman came in to my life named, Liza Lopez. She was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and wanted to get the word out there to everyone she knew about the importance of early detection! Her family joined her in the Avon Walk for breast cancer and they raised money for a great cause together. I am happy to report that she is undergoing her final chemotherapy treatment and they are confident she has beat this.  MissFit Bootcamp came to me with the goal of re-branding her former business Musclemom Fitness to this more creative & strong name. With her new identity she aimed to reach women of all ages & fitness levels to join her in a friendly, non-judgmental physical fitness atmosphere. All of her clients experience her unique training programs while feeling more confident to step outside of their comfort zone and try new & more challenging things.
